I think we blew up the FERC web site….

I guess people took note of the fact that today is the last day for official public comment on the pipeline. My search on ferc.gov today revealed 133 submissions were made today!

In total as of today there are 1,228 submissions on the site. Way to go folks!

      …but it’s down right now. The ferc.gov website is really crappy and down a lot. You just have to keep trying and be patient.

      If you want to post anything other than text then you have to register:

      https://ferconline.ferc.gov/eRegistration.aspx

      …and then do an eFiling:

      http://www.ferc.gov/docs-filing/efiling.asp

      The e-filing pages are also difficult to use and tough to understand, make sure you have a block of 15 minutes or so to figure it all out. As a professional software developer it took me two tries to get it right!
