Mike, Are you sure the deadline is the 29th? I thought the agreed upon deadline was the 22nd. PE filed on Sept. 25th, no? Joan

The previous dates were worst case scenarios, but they were only projections, not definitive.
This week FERC formally announced the project, along with the official timely intervenor deadline – and indocated it was Oct. 29th.
