Donation links fixed

T.C. alerted me to the fact that the donation links seemed to have broken in the last day or two (thanks T.C.!).  It looks like a wordpress.com upgrade nuked them all.  I’ve fixed all the links now, sorry about the inconvenience to anyone who tried.  If anyone still has issues please email at thecostofthepipeline@gmail.com.
